The outdoor pool was nice and open all night, perfect for a late swim. Breakfast options were limited and they ran out of food frequently.

The staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast had quality selections too. Our room was clean and spacious. The pool was closed during our stay. Bike tours nearby would have been a nice addition.

I had a terrible experience when I was given a key that allowed someone else to enter my room at midnight! It was horrifying to be woken up like that. The front desk was clueless and didn't seem to care at all.

Central location with a fantastic Italian restaurant right next door—Locale. The breakfast was complimentary and surprisingly good. Free parking is a major plus. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. I slept well both nights. The coffee, while simple, did the job, and the mini-fridge and microwave were convenient. Staff like Megan, Adam, and Martha were genuinely accommodating and friendly. On the flip side, front desk communication was a bit lacking. The carpet showed wear, and maintenance on room issues was slow. An unwelcoming welcome doesn’t set the right tone. And a washroom without a door? That’s needs addressing. But the good staff made it worthwhile. I’d consider returning.

The routine maintenance was lacking—it took far too long for issues to be resolved. On the bright side, the staff was friendly and accommodating, even adjusting my check-out time. Breakfast was surprisingly good, although at times hard to find someone to assist. The attention to cleanliness in common areas was a plus, with staff frequently seen cleaning the lobby and elevators. Just wish the rooms matched that effort.

we did encounter some issues with the heating and air conditioning unit. The room itself was comfortable with a nice sitting area, but we found the lack of a mini, bar disappointing. The absence of a terrace or garden furniture was a missed opportunity for outdoor relaxation. One positive aspect was the in, room sink which came in handy for quick water access. On the downside, the soundproofing of the rooms left much to be desired, as we could hear noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms. The bathtub was clean, but we noticed some rust around the drain that could use attention. We appreciated having an AM/FM alarm clock, though a CD player or mobile phone charger would have been a nice addition. The flat, screen TV was a good entertainment option, but the carpeted floor seemed a bit worn. Unfortunately, we did not see any service for car hire, dry cleaning, or grocery shopping available. The laundry facilities were adequate, but we would have liked more assistance with tours or ticket bookings. There was no mention of a happy hour, which would have added to the overall experience.

I found this hotel super convenient for a weekend stroll as it's just over 2 km from Reid Park, which is perfect for a nice walk or a picnic and also only about 5 km from the University of Arizona, so there’s a lot to see around, not to mention it’s close to great dining options like Smashburger and Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen just a few minutes away. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast buffet was a nice perk to start my day. But the hotel could use some updates in terms of room amenities and maintenance.

The double queen room was just as described, but the mattresses felt a bit stiff. The temperature control was complicated, leading to some discomfort. The room was quiet, allowing for good sleep. maintenance issues arose with a beeping noise from the fire alarm, necessitating a room change. The bathroom could have used a thorough cleaning, as there were hairs in the tub. The overall cleanliness did not meet expectations. Despite these concerns, the outdoor heated pool was a highlight and the breakfast offered a nice variety, although food ran out early on the final morning.

I enjoyed feeling like a VIP with all the freebies: breakfast, Wi-Fi, parking, and more. The staff were lovely, and the pool was delightful for a dip.
I loved playing hide and seek with all the dirt and grime in the hotel. Great fun!

the room was clean and comfortable with good value for the size and amenities. the breakfast was nice and tasty with a variety of options including eggs, pancakes, and waffles. we also enjoyed the awesome pool and found the staff to be friendly and helpful. the location was convenient for visiting Saguaro National Park and the historic town of Tombstone, with plenty of restaurants in the area.
